You can see in the middle of the screen an example of the mod "Cooldown Pulse". It tells me when my cool downs are ready by flashing the icon quickly in the middle of the screen faintly. This makes things a lot easier when you don't have to constantly check time left on a longer CD.

UI is roughly 80% done.
